Mission Statement
Our Monthly Newsletter Ministry is dedicated to reporting to the church body news of upcoming events and programs as well as current and on-going activities.. The newsletter has been in existence for over 10 years and has evolved into one of the most well-written, eye-appealing, and professional-looking newsletters we know of. The newsletter features columns such as the “Letters from the Pastor”, prayer requests and condolences, upcoming church events and activities, ministry highlights & schedules, , birthdays and anniversaries, favorite church recipes,, brief histories of our favorite worship songs, and much more.
The title of the newsletter, “Tower Times” comes from our church being located on Tower Road. The Bible oftentimes talks of Towers being strongholds in which the enemy has no power to penetrate, or places in which people are safe. We believe that Tower Road Baptist Church is such a place where people can come to be saved.
We certainly appreciate the hard work and dedication of our Newsletter staff in putting together and publishing the “Tower Times’ newsletter each month.
